Internship
Our internship program offers three specialized tracks designed for students majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. All interns gain exposure to our AI-forward practice and modern client service workflows, while focusing on their area of interest:

Hands-on experience preparing and organizing tax workpapers and supporting schedules
Assist with bookkeeping and payroll processes for individuals and small businesses
Support tax season workflows, including document intake, workflow tracking, and client status updates
Exposure to tax compliance software and cloud-based accounting tools
Learn practical applications of GAAP, tax law, and professional ethics in a public accounting setting

Support financial plan preparation, including cash flow, retirement, and investment analysis
Help assemble net worth statements, asset allocation reports, and planning deliverables for clients
Participate in client onboarding for planning engagements and assist with meeting preparation
Gain exposure to investment platforms and financial planning tools
Learn how tax planning integrates with comprehensive financial planning and advisory services

Assist with workflow automation and process improvement projects using AI tools and APIs
Support integration of tax, accounting, and planning platforms
Help design and maintain internal data dashboards and reporting tools for firm operations
Explore opportunities to apply AI/ML models in financial data processing and advisory workflows
Work closely with leadership on digital transformation initiatives within the firm
Eligibility & Structure
Open to students with Sophomore standing or higher
Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
Flexible schedule (20–25 hours during school; option for full-time during breaks)
Paid internship with potential for extended opportunities or full-time offers after graduation
Junior Accountant
We’re seeking a Junior Accountant who is curious, tech-savvy, and interested in developing a career that blends tax, accounting, payroll, and financial planning. You’ll work directly with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to modern accounting systems, advisory workflows, and client management tools — all within a supportive, learning-first environment.

Prepare individual and business tax returns under supervision
Support bookkeeping and financial reporting for clients
Assist with payroll processing and compliance
Conduct basic financial analysis and support advisory engagements
Help integrate and use AI-powered tools in accounting workflows
Contribute to client onboarding, communication, and follow-up
Stay current with tax law changes and industry best practices

Interest in becoming a CPA
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Senior Accountant
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to provide advanced tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. This role is ideal for a licensed CPA with experience managing client relationships, reviewing workpapers, and contributing to a growing practice that blends traditional services with forward-thinking financial planning.
You’ll lead tax engagements, oversee complex bookkeeping and payroll functions, and work closely with leadership to ensure client success while integrating modern tools and AI-powered workflows.

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients year-round
Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation
Guide and review work of junior accountants or staff
Manage tax workpaper intake and workflow tracking during busy seasons
Communicate proactively with clients regarding deliverables and timelines
Assist with financial planning integration, coordinating tax and wealth strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of AI-driven processes
Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly

Active CPA license (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in public accounting (tax-focused)
Strong understanding of tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
Experience with bookkeeping and payroll platforms
Familiarity with financial planning concepts (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Comfortable using or learning AI and automation tools in accounting workflows
