MANAGING MEMBER
Brianne C. Smith,
PhD, CPA/PFS, ABV
Brianne has been helping clients plan for their financial futures for 25 years and manages both a CPA firm and a financial planning and advisory practice. Her passion for financial education extends to the classroom, where she is an accounting professor at Auburn University at Montgomery. Brianne is passionate about making finance accessible to everyone and is always looking for new and innovative ways to teach and learn.
When Brianne isn’t busy advising clients or teaching students, she enjoys traveling, pilates, and hanging out with her family and yellow lab, Winter.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
Tracy Fuller
Tracy Fuller has 10 years of experience in banking and a strong passion for finance. She enjoys helping others understand and navigate financial matters and takes pride in her knowledge of the industry. Outside of work, Tracy is married with a son and two dogs who keep life full and joyful. She loves traveling, exploring local restaurants, and supporting small businesses through shopping and community connections.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Jessica Richie
Jess serves as Project Coordinator, supporting the team by keeping projects organized, timelines on track, and communication flowing smoothly. With professional experience in both the real estate and travel industries, she brings adaptability, attention to detail, and a steady presence to every initiative she supports.
Jess loves traveling and planning weekend adventures whenever she can. You’ll usually find her with a good book, channeling her creativity into a new project, or spending time with her rescue cat, Birdy.
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Zachary Wilson
Zachary is currently pursuing an accounting degree at The University of Alabama. Working diligently and remotely, he searches for ways to improve and support the team whenever possible. He has a strong drive to achieve success and help people through financial advising and accounting services.
Out of the office Zach likes to stay active lifting, running, and playing sports. It’s important he spends quality time with his friends and family, and he lives out his passion for personal growth through his podcast and church involvement.
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Braden Nye
Braden initially joined the team as a Tax Intern while pursuing his undergraduate degree in accounting at Auburn University at Montgomery. He plans to become a CPA and is passionate about building a strong foundation in the field early in his career.
Outside of the office, he serves as captain of the AUM men’s soccer team and is actively involved in Baptist Campus Ministries. Through athletics and leadership, he has developed discipline and a team-first mindset that he brings into both his professional and personal life.
